I have decided to put the pictures on first this time so you can see what you are aiming for before you read the instructions.
I would suggest you look at the pictures and read each instruction before doing anything!!

Yep

Place your 5” x 9” card on the scoring board in Portrait position and score at 1” and 4”
Turn to Landscape and score at 1”, 4”, 5” and 8”

In landscape position - Cut up to 1” mark on score lines at bottom and mitre tabs as shown. Turn card around and repeat this step once more.
Note, it is only the small square tabs which are mitred, leave the corners straight on the oblong shapes (the sides of the box).

Ignore the part of the box which is made up. I did this in a different order when I made the box a couple of weeks ago.
With your card flat, turn it so that it is right side up. Now stick your decorative card/paper to the top and 3 sides. You do not need any on the centre 1” wide rectangle, (this will be the back when it is made up).

Now you can make the half circle cut on the end rectangle either with a punch or a die. I have used a ½” but you can go bigger, but it doesn’t need to be too big or deep.

Read all of this and look at both pictures before you start Ann!!
We are now going to stick the centre two tabs to the BOTTOM of the box. Make sure you don’t stick to the top, (where you have decorated!)


Turn it to the wrong side and pull up the two centre tabs, put glue where I have marked with crosses.
